thats what most want u 2 believe, that they were victimized, thats how all bullies justify their behavior

weres that picture of faerie screaming?

If a guild ever rises to be able to kill mobs consistently. Nilly would crumble too many toxic players guilded with each other for pixels only. Their core is not built upon friendship, Look at how Nizzar treats people who take a break or quit his guild. If they ever get held accountable for their actions and get "fuckin banned" when they break rules, Gonna be a shift on this server for the good!

Killing a severely underdog contesting group and then sitting on them all night to discourage that behavior.

Much like if someone attacks me I throw in a few extra to make sure the next guy thinks twice - it's not hard to understand why you are upset, and why you do what you do.

I can list probably 15 active Nihilum members griefed in previous guilds.

There are very few loopholes in the rule in question. You're all still just looking at it from a purely strategic/ blue mind frame to collect and horde as much loot as possible to keep competition low or insignificant, whereas the GMs are completely changing things around in order to foster more PvP and competition. The rule exists to keep mass PvP viable all throughout a raid day without actually changing the server away from classic (i.e. variance). The idea is also to the benefit of newer players who are easily dissuaded from actually continuing to play here.

Nihilum has to try harder, basically. But the retention of new players should be significant. Right now it's a wasteland of hardcore knyuckaz. The rule definitely hurts Nihilum, but it's also good for casual players and everyone else outside of raid contexts (on the flip side).

It may be hard to see past it being just a witch hunt for Nihilum's ass, but it really is a good rule in practice. There's a reason SZ was the least populated server. You gotta give a little reprieve to the little guys. Sometimes you gotta be merciful. It's just that the GMs are enforcing it instead of it being dealt with between players now. Maybe Tune will have 300 people to pick on in the near future. It could end up being a good thing. CRing also isn't as painful if everyone is civil.
