Ignorance of the law does not put you above it. It's time to face the music. Someone in your guild has been doing very bad things for a long time. This person had access to a staggering number of accounts, which is no one but the individual account owners faults. He must have signed on to my cleric to rez me or rez the raid, when i had to leave. So one log in means that I am in cahoots with the duping that was done without my knowledge by that player on a char that wasn't mine?.

IMO this is bullshit and I am butthurt about this cause this is directly related to TMO's status as the top raiding guild on the server and not on the actual deeds by the two.

You're right, duping plat to potentially buy up to 86 accounts to help park out at raid targets and dominate the raid scene IS directly related to this.
