Yeah, it much better when its a loot council that takes in to account the officers and their friends, instead of who puts in effort to the guild

Except that doesn't happen in TMO at all. =)
As much as your and people like you try to persuade others that it does. TMO has the best designed loot system on this server. It has stood the test of time with very little complaint, except from other guilds who have no understanding of how it works.
