Slow xp works great with capped levels. Make the maximum level 10 for the first 2 weeks of the server. Then raise the cap by 10 levels incrementally on a timeline. This would facilitate low-level and mid-level PvP and allow newcomers to catch up to the action. I don't think anyone likes the stratification of all PvP activity to the 52+ range. There should be tons of mid range PvP, and low-level zones should be fought for tooth and nail. You should be PvPing all the way to 60.

i agree with you stinkum however i dont think unemployeed nerds should be punished more than they already are by their shitty existences
i took my sweet ass time leveling up on red, and therefore had years of pvp ranging from low to mid to high

if someone wants to outlevel everyone, farm a couple camps while they wait for people to catch up and then quit as soon as theres in-range competition i dont see a problem with that

they should hardcode it so evil teams could not send tells to nuet/good .. only send tells to evil players or something like that .. keep the spies out and people cant crossteam

why would u want to farm uncontested velious? best part of velious was there was pvp everyday over raid mobs unlike the once aweek pvp on red99 .

nilly will have over 100 in ToV while the other 3 or 4 small guilds randomly get lodi/thurg quest gear ..

gear gap in velious is huge and it will end up being nilly only on the server which is what they want. Might as well open T99 and Velious at the same time.

Let teams do 3months Classic, 3 months kunark, 6months velious(so people can get gear 2 contest on red99) , then merg servers .
