5'10, 235lbs @ 12% currently.
I eat super clean 4200-4500 cals a day. During the spring I usually keto/carb cycle some body fat off and go down to 215, then start upping the calories again in the fall. This allows me to look really good for half the year, and be really strong for the other half :P | ||
