Loot is given based on your contributions to the guild on raids.

If you raid alot you get alot of loot. See Mellowyellow/Checkraise.

Both pulled alot of boneheaded moves...yet had characters fully geared. Infact i think Checkraise is probably the most geared warrior on the server right now.

Nihilum cares about winning. And let me say that there is SOOO much gear sitting around that Nizzar would rather give it to a members' alt than see another CoF/RBB go to a bank character.

Both that force dwarf warrior that joined, got geared up, then left before he was really done apping, agree with this thread. People should be able to get fully geared as applicants, thus if they get rejected, don't show up to raids, or quit, they have something to show for it.

Ever since Roggeh you guys got strict with any future force apps. Example Gloinzz Shrimp etc.

As officer in charge of PR I can tell you it's all apps, not just ex Force. The ex Holocaust apps are hounded day and night.

Can you give us a list of your current apps? Kind of curious how you do things and how long your apps are apps for. Example is Tyrionn still an app?

Whoa whoa whoa. I'm the PR officer, that's public relations. Arzak is the app guy. I just yell at them for ports, buffs and combines because apps are to be abused until they are full member. Then they get a penthouse in the American/Canadian city of their choosing, everquest groupies (lot of fatties and larpers sadly) 401k, medical and moderately priced liquor for raiding.

Server is fundamentally flawed. Velious is nine months + away. Who in their right mind wants to compete for mobs they don't need for loot they don't need for nine months? Need new shit ASAP.
