It is really hard to compare players now to players then for many reasons and some you listed before.

I mean Furor was a great player but he was not perfect by any means. Furor had no interest in PVP what so ever. He also had episodes of rages which were epic. Even with those things I still rate him a 10.

His rages were induced by alcohol normally. Poor play would set him off. If you did something stupid during his raids you would hear about it. If you were new you would be kicked in most cases.
