im sure people do hack and cheat. to think 0% of people are cheating on a game with over a thousand players would be foolish. we do everything we can to stop the cheating, and any evidence that is sent in with a petition is always viewed by at least 1 or more staff members, and if it supports the claim, we hand out discipline.

but im sorry, we dont ban actual players because the forumquest trolls discovered the caps lock key.

Hi Sirken, may I ask what's your policy in general about bans? It seems some end up unbanned, sometimes sooner than later. And there doesn't seem to be real permanant bans. It tends to weaken the scope of the "discipline" which is being handed out. What's the official stand on that subject?
