Its kind of stupid of Nihilum to play the "We zerged cuz u zerged" game when everyone whos been on server for a while understands it took like 6-9 months to finally gather up a force to contest nihilum on raid content because they had such a huge zerg.
But since im a fair guy, imma also acknowledge that Nihilum is probably a by-product of the original zerg, Holocaust. And all of that server killin crap could have been avoided if they had ditched xp loss earlier than 1.5 years later. Players dug server's grave too cuz 90% of feedback to devs was leave xp loss in place, dont listen to them, bind rushing, end of the world, omg. | ||

I was in Flowers since server opened and just quit a few months ago. The mentality of just trying to grief made me quit. Any group of higher levels that didn't want to reroll alts ended up going to Nihilum and after helping people or giving stuff away it broke me after 12 months. At this point it is hard to see a direction I would like to go in on this server.
The hardcore PvE players go into Nihilum to enjoy PvE. The loaner PvPers like Gloinz sell out to join Nihilum for free pixels so they can run around in their free time and out gear others in sniper pvp. The resistance is outnumbered and have little to do while they build a force large enough to match Nihilum's well oiled machine that has been going strong since server open. You basically have to have 20 guys sitting around PL newbies to try to get a force of 40+, which is boring and takes forever. At the same time people get bored and move over to Nihilum to at least do some PvE and gear up. It is a task that I see impossible to accomplish because that is too much to go through just for PvP. Literally months of preparation while the other team is just getting stronger and doing what they enjoy. They don't need the resistance to build a force for mass PvP to have fun, because that's not what they want to do. If the server could have 3-4 guilds that had 10-15 people on at a time it could be fun. Everyone could just ignore Nihilum as Nihilum would most likely ignore the other guilds as well. All there would need to be is 40-50 players level 50+ to make a fun environment. The server had that but they focused on Nihilum instead of trying to have fun themselves. | ||
