Then quit. This thread dates back to March, your tears and nerd rage aren't going get things fixed immediately. If you want it to get fixed, post as much specific detail as possible (eg. Connection, settings, etc.). Otherwise, go whine in RnF.

Ive had this happen to me multiple times, camping out doesn't fix it and Ive found the only way to fix it is for me to log out, wait a minute, and log into a character on a different account, then switch back again. It even persisted after me not logging back into the game for a week or so until I did the account switch again.

Just wanted to bump this - what info is needed from the devs to move forward beyond what's been shared here?

Happy to post in technical if the discussion is more appropriate for that forum.

This zone is my bane. I'm running EQ on linux (plain install, no launchers, custom UIs etc) using a what I imagine is a much different setup then others here, however I get exactly the same problem that others have detailed in this thread. The idea my router knows when I zone into TT and lags only then is just absurd. Internet speed below.

[You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

Getting into TT is quite the ordeal. I zone in, wait for the lag to hit a few seconds later, then do "/who wizard all" for a few minutes. If I continue to get results back immediately I know I'm good and can run to seb, if it lags or simply doesn't return results at all I know I need to /q out and try again. Often I'll be retrying 10+ times before I get it to work or just give up.

Doing a "/who wizard" always returns immediately even when desynced.

Damn this is still going on?

I've noticed that almost all of my buddies from europe/Australia have this issue with TT.
They've all since quit, but I thought for some reason their TT lagging stopped.

Bump.

I haven't seen sebilis in over 6 months, and i'm so bored of KC.

Would it be viable to implement another zone-in that we can click to access seb? place it somewhere that takes just as long to get to. in the middle of Swamp of no hope, or North East corner of EJ, or North West corner of Skyfire.

I wouldn't mind an inconvenient walk if it meant I can finally zone in to Seb.
