And this is why we have microplastics in our balls. Absolute moron. You need strong government oversight in order to deal with selfish assholes running amuk.
That's literally what we have, and we have microplastics in our balls.

Plastics, got massive infusion from goverment taxes. It wasn't the natural market that wanted them. Consumers have hated plastics from the beginning.

The reason we don't use glass bottles is because of goverment.

They use them in Mexico where they could use whatever they want because it's cheaper.

The boom in consumer plastics was a compound effect of wartime industrial policy, Cold-War R&D dominance, and cheap petrochemical feedstocks fostered by federal spending and tax policy. By the time private advertising was telling Americans “Better Living Through Chemistry,” most of the heavy lifting had already been financed by Uncle Sam.
Try again.

lmao, it's cheaper because it weighs less and requires less labor/energy to produce not because the government funded the research. Look i'm no champion of the government, I take JFK's warning of a ruthless and monolithic conspiracy very seriously but lets pretend governance around the world hasn't been infiltrated by demons. Now that we're here, we needed strong government oversight to keep companies like DuPont and 3m from contaminating our world with PFAS, it was the lack of regulation and oversight that lead to the free market destroying the planet.

Grocery stores have very small margins.

Walmart particularly pays its workers poorly to keep prices low for the consumer It's a good thing.

Walmart pays their employees so little, people end up paying more for their groceries without even realizing it. Via tax's, because Walmart like some other companies are some of the largest benefactors of government subsidized via a lot of workers being on snap/welfare benefits.

They steal not the product for the tables but the fortitude of the very folk designed to protect the interests of the proletariat.
Creating guidelines slanted towards the landed gentry and profits rather than quality for general consumption.

I don't think the boner operating the Zebra getting paid more makes my groceries any higher in quality.
