Yea, until some random level 1 guy comes and trains you with a dragon over and over and over or you show up to a level 60 guild PvP fight and the other guild brings 10 level 39 cleric invulnerable healers.

That's why you have a feeder guild for people who are still leveling up.

OOR healers are far better than having poopsockers who rush to level 50 just so they can sit in Gfay corpse camping level 6s.

If you want a real population on this server, you're gonna HAVE to put a limit on the pvp level.
