You can argue the precedent for punishments until Judgment day, Xasten. I've already listed the rules and the punishments Rogean has told abusers/exploiters/cheaters they should expect. If Aiaus and TMO get anything less then they should thank the mercy of P99's CSR.

Since you already have and accept the justification for the individual ban, you just need the justification for how an individual ban can be extrapolated to a guild suspension. A train brought by a single person has caused guild suspensions outside of VP. Now VP is different, training rules do not apply, but global rules are applicable even in VP. That is the justification for a guild suspension. "May Sirken have mercy on your soul."

Probably because mem blurring isn't suppoosed to be an exploit (should not CH), and should be a legit way to run interference in VP. Also server staff opted not to address its legality (I'm sure you petitioned it 500 times, they must have been deciding or something), then Rogean said it was allowed. When Nilbog came out and said it's a bug/exploit, it wasn't used any more. FWIW I wiped TMO raids back then and never used mem blur.

I did not send that tell. It was asked on 5/5/2013 by a TMO member wanted to know if it was ok to idle a character while playing an alt. I cited it here because it was instructive as to what the current ruling regime might be here.

I also love how you frame every scenario to manufacture outrage.

The manner in which it was presented led me to believe that it had to do with recent server events (see this thread).

I need not frame things for there to be more than adequate outrage, particularly in this thread.
