No one has been able to explain how the fuck the above situation could happen and be followed by a suspension. Awakened does what Sirken wants and does everything in our power to resolve the situation, Conceding any and all dragons involved (along with others that may of popped during their recovery) And CSG were allowed to petition this?

Neither A/A would of petitioned this situation and that has to tell you alot about CSG.

that is because the above did not happen. CSG didn't get help CR'ing from Awa, we killed our original mob that is it, we didn't kill original mob + conceded mob because they are one and the same (eashen) we didn't do anything with fesh. again, learn to read.

If you were csg and another guild stole that eashen you would be livid. This whole mentality of ermahgerd why didn't they tell us they would petition is dumb. You fucked up big time, and you knew you fucked up, you should have bent over backwards to try and fix it, but you did the least you thought you could do, and it bit you in the ass. Live with it bro,

30 days is some guild killing territory though not sure I like that.

I know for a fact that Sirken has thrown out several petitions over the years due to the party affected still getting the dragon/mob involved. He would not even look at a petition you filled if the offending party conceded outright.....wtf is going on.

Yes, he has. Awakened got suspended because they pulled a vulak back to entrance while in the middle of wiping themselves. Aftermath got the pixels and petitioned still. Awakened ate a suspension.

Would I? Not sure. But you guys have petitioned us for interfering with a mob we previously conceded and got us suspended so dont look to me for sympathy.
