then they act like your a nazi for pointing out the fact reality is a cruel bitch. it's a form of escapism and denial n shit.

I'm looking forward to voting for JD Vance 4 years from now just because it will make you mad.
He does tend to do very well in interviews and debates

But in that last interview where everyone is saying he “destroyed” that reporter, he overused the living shit out of her name to the point where it irritated me just listening to it. There is some who might interpret that as condescension as well

If he tried that shit with me I’d do it right back but worse so he’d understand how ridiculous it sounds:

“Listen JD, we are vetting our immigrants JD. Ok JD? JD, I understand you don’t think the process is effective, JD. But JD JD just because, Mr JD, that you think the process isn’t effective doesn’t mean, JD, that there isn’t a process, JD. JD”

the biggest mistake "the left" can make in the next few years is failing to understand not why harris lost, that's obvious, but not understanding why trump won.

without any actual leadership, they were swallowed by the power vacuum that absence of leadership created.

now instead of leaders who will engage their opposition trying to seek common ground, for the common good of all, you will have a president who rules with a hammer, with only bureaucratic interference to slow him down. The very bureaucratic state he campaigned against.

In trying to stop him, they will prove him right, instead of winning back their voters by proving him wrong.

Then you'll have to deal with Vance 48, and this is a guy with the verbal skills to make you feel good while telling you to go fuck yourself.
You both make it sound like it was an overall huge win? Each of the controversial states were close.

Even the popular vote was very close.

Orange man's mismanagement recession is on its way to happen again and the same team will try to cheat again.

I hated trump in 2019, and his V shaped recovery I thought was bulllllshit... but...

this isnt even us economy, it wasn't either of them.

The world just wasn't ending like we all thought it was.

Trump was right.

He was fucking right.

I hated him, but he was right.

there are factions among both parties that have been trying to sell utopian theory in their exacting attempt to establish dystopian rule

this is exactly the weaponized compassion I mentioned. It has nothing to do with love of fellow man, or climate, or peace. And it definitely did not originate in the homeland.

These people believe that we have already been surpassed and that the future is inevitable, they seek to secure themselves for that future. They see themselves with seats in the Politburo. They think this way because their entire life experience is removed from the reality of most citizens. They live in gilded prisons that they built for themselves, insulated from the reality on the ground that most of us understand quite well.

While they have gained strength in the absence of any real leadership, it shouldn't be cause for concern because nobody likes them, except for them, and even then they will eat each other the moment they sense weakness.

That’s the one. If we had a drinking game to drink for every “Margaret” we’d be pretty lit

Overusing someone’s name is what you do when you are talking down to a little kid. I’m a big JD fan but that just came across to me as condescending and annoying. Otherwise he made some good points as usual

being a republican and having the popular vote "close" is a bigger self own than i think you realize.

last one to even have a good showing was Reagan after carter iirc or Bush 2nd term due to 9/11 or someshit

Neocon Kamala lost all the battlegrounds except 1 iirc

this is why they won't win 2028, they don't look deep enough to understand why they lost

skim the facts until they agree with your opinion

then move on to the next thing

I really don't mind JD Vance over the Orange man. At least JD Vance served and at one point spoke about what a traitor is.
