sounds like GuildA should have been more aware of a potential pull coming to the zone in and taken precautions if things did not go as planned for GuildB. Why sit on train tracks when you know the schedule of the trains unless you are looking to sue, you feel?

Thats an option or Guild B could own their fuck up on an uncontested mob. Wouldn't be unreasonable for Guild A to hangout at zone in while the rest of the zone was in window right?
Yes reasonable of course, but its a risk that GuildA is taking knowing that they cannot properly 'deal' ( train away, kill it, or manipulate it in anyway ) with the conceded mob should GuildB have some trouble with it. Puts GuildA in such an awkward spot that shit could negatively affect them if an unexpected issue occurs. Sometimes its best to just be cautious and not be in harms way when there looks to be something harmful manifesting right next to you.

Puts GuildB in such an awkward spot that they could actually eat a 30-day raid ban when caught out behaving like arrogant self-entitled twats.

No appeal has ever gone thro but this is one that should be 100% crying wolf on CSG when every target involved was conceded.
it's not about you conceding, it's about you training us with another raid boss. learn to read.

situation 1:
aw accidentally trains csg due to miscommunication
aw immediately concedes, admits mistake, helps csg recover
csg kills their original mob + the conceded mob
csg petitions aw
aw gets suspended for 30 days despite conceding the mob and following server rules

situation 2:
aw and csg contesting CT in fearplane
csg wipes to CT then kites CT for 10+ minutes while they CR
aw asks for concession due to stall/kite
csg says go fuck yourself, kills CT
aw petitions, gets told basically "csg didn't know any better" despite violating one of the only truly clear raid rules
csg made up of some of the oldest guilds on the server, led by players who have been here for years
The reality of this server. Awakened sneezes and it's seized upon as a pretext to let another guild off the hook for something or to suspend them outright.
