I never impose diets on anyone. If you want to eat Taco Bell 3 meals a day, be my guest. I will occasionally share what I’m currently doing and try to aid anyone who wants it. All of this info is attainable with a little research. Plus, it only benefits you to do your own research instead of taking the word of some random asshole on the Internet such as myself.

Wow, so drinking a lot of alcohol the day before, then working out the day of a fast is fucking crazy on a starvation diet that really works over the liver. FYI there's a huge limitation to fasting.

First time doing a back workout in 4 months. Felt really good. Put in another good session. Knee is being extra sensitive today, but I went really hard with legs yesterday. Stopped and got some good stuff for the weekend.
