Honestly I agree, too many folks not enough to do if they made a second server and you had to pick one or the other I would be in, but as of right now the raid scene is horrible and the high level camps are permanent camped [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]. Great server, great job by the devs, just too many people trying to do the same thing.

As far as the luclin models if you are really playing a game to be pretty, eq in general may not be for you [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.], but we all play different I guess.

What's wrong with wanting the better Luclin models as opposed to dated 1999 graphics? Many of us love eq's game play but despise the sucky lego graphics.

I tried playing for a bit. The client + population was it for me, unfortunately. I know more people joining would fix the population, but I logged in during prime time and counted about 50 characters... but you could tell about 1/3 of them were three-boxing.

Hey good on you for at least giving it a try. The client is definitely a hold up for some people. And yes, the population is not great but it has definitely picked up the last month or so. Hoping that the trend continues!

Thanks. I'll keep an eye on the server. I never played AK (I actually only ever played real classic, prior to Kunark), but I've played enough games since to know that QoL improvements are something I appreciate. Perhaps if they go to a newer client, or the population starts to rise, I'll consider hopping over there. I'm just not really interested in multi-boxing and it seemed like without that I'd basically be running solo most of the time.

my problem with the old models is that my bare blue dark elf ass was always displayed through my britches. Luclin models cover it up and I prefer not to have my bare ass showing all the time [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]
