Sirken I'd like consistency in rulings and consistency in punishments. A written formula, posted in the raid discussion section, that can be used to figure out exactly what punishment is meted out if an infringement goes to petitions. I think it would help both the players and the staff. If more problems arise, more can be added to it, etc.

As we've explained in the past, punishments will never be listed in a "do this... this happens" format because every situation is different and will be handled as such. This isn't something that's going to change. In response to Falkun's query, there were a number of factors that went into TMO taking a few days off in VP as opposed to a full on suspension. Part of this is due to the discussion the two guilds had prior to the punishment being handed out.
I will point out, however, that way back at the end of 2013 I asked FE, TMO, and IB to draft up a set of "raid rules" that we could post for all to see. So far I've only received a list from 2 people, and they explicitly stated that their draft of the raid rules was their representation only and did not have the approval of their guilds' leadership. I still welcome someone to draft up a list of raid rules for everyone to be able to reference, feel free to include a loose outline of what punishments are given for what if you'd like.

I approve this system. I think it should be implemented immediately.
*edit* We'll take out the part about Catherin. We aren't going to discriminate against individual players. Unless they perform faggotry.
