My thoughts are Medicare is that it's for the elderly only.

And if you ever spent any time with them, you'd know they don't need to use that portal to go to the hospital or pay medical bills.

They just get a letter after the fact showing how much money they didn't have to spend.

Only people who are not elderly use that portal to get their cut of a program that was intended for the elderly only.
