The problem with virus's is they are sneaky little bastards that will lay dormant in wait in sneaky little hard to get at places away from the immune system and you get a bad sun burn one day and they decide to come out in force from everywhere.

Vaccines won't really help in this regard. They do help with the initial infections and 'grade' of infection. However this vaccine is just as sneaky as virus's so. Be at peace and make the choice. Don't let others bully you with ignorant fear and uncertainty. Do your research. Be strong. Be wise. And be satisfied in the choice made. As each individual choice will be different there is no 'right way or right choice' in this regard beyond ones own beliefs, desires, needs, and experiences that lead up to the choice making.
