nah barbell squats are a fantastic exercise

deadlifts...alright...if not done near perfect they can just get bros hurt but a strong back is what makes a man a man

spine's curved; and we're amazing organisms that can move and lift from a variety of angles. you can train w a catback and get much better at catback deadlifts; injury mostly associated with load selection rather than form.
