bone broth, lots of collegen, boil up them chickies! the fat old ones, drink that shit and eat it with potatoes and them chickie leggs and stuff
u can do the same with left over beef bones and shcrimp shells and stuff makes good bases for roux

u gotta sta5rt urly tho taking $40 supplements in ur 40's (probably $800 suppliments to anyone young ernough still this advice is good for) isn't going to put a dent in that shit gotta do it when ur like a babe-to onwards

I’ve noticed significant improvement to skin and joints with this, but I take double the recommended daily dose for about a year now
Got a few family members who had joint issues to try it and they saw some improvement
