(In the past few weeks I've been regaling Tecmos with tales of my solo artist challenge epic fails whenever I do have some free P99 time. Until I finally get on the board, I'm relegated to being a cheerleader and having obnoxious /tells recorded in his kill shots.)

Also Plok what is your opinion on the best way to move? It seems like the SE corner is the place to fight golems, so either its west and then around the wall or kind of east through the towers (apparently what Svenn did).

![]() going east from port up is safe enough, then you can drop to the south wall after you pass the towers. just gotta watch/wait for all the pathers. sometimes they are easy to single pull, othertimes they can be so bunched up that its a death sentence to agro them. going west means you have to deal with even more scarelings. to the east there really aren't that many, and you start to find caster mobs that you can tap (i'm assuming frogs have mana, and a few other mobs). stonechill spiders have mana you can tap? they do cast a spell.

I found Harbinger up when I got into crypt. I petted the Keeper's dar PH, who turned out to be just a little level 46, and killed the prots just cause I'd never been here before, then went in to do Harbinger. I put pet on him just long enough to land a mez, then backed him off and proceeded to debuff: http://postimage.org/image/96iy4vw4d/ I didn't have any charm breaks, so the rest of the fight continued with me stunning a lot, getting summoned now and then when ghoul root did it's annoying little thing, throwing bedlam back on myself after summon+reroot/blur, etc. Mid: http://postimage.org/image/6uysjmg6z/ Late: http://postimage.org/image/b2kzcttpn/ Loot (plus my empty back slot!): http://postimage.org/image/t812d2dzx/ After that I trounced the other 3 PHs, then camped off pet to let him heal and came back in and petted him back up in time to see Hiero named popping. He had skyfire sword, unfortunately: http://postimage.org/image/pdg1tgod9/ I forgot to take many SSs this fight cause I was just running around constantly trying to get positioned so that I could stun the hell out of him without getting caught in the nonstop rain procs or his melee reach: http://postimage.org/image/vopunmezh/ He never tried to cast a slow, but I'm sure my pet was thankful that I was interrupting a bunch of dots and frost nukes and heals anyways. Here he is nice and low, but I didn't SS the crappy sword: http://postimage.org/image/h6xpcqtzx/ Along the way of killing these and a couple more cycles, I learned a few things. First, it sucks rearranging hotkeys; I burned 2 charges of my wand of allure when thinking I was clicking hide and netted myself once when trying to break a pet. Second, the prots are dicks because it is pretty hard to get my pet to back the PHs/nameds far enough away that they don't heal/hero/symbol through the walls. Third, this camp is so easy, even though I was not doing a few tactics that would have made it even easier because I was a bit too slow on kills while trying to do 3 of the PHs with my wimpy little pet. I actually had duke named pop too, but I'm going to skip the SSs... lol. The first pull I tried to facepull him back to my pet in hiero room and he resisted like 3 stuns and a mez, so I ended up eating a HT, some melee, a boil blood, and a disease cloud, so I just dazzled him and invised back to my pet and dazzled him and camped, came back in to keep pet mezzed then bandaged myself and waited a cycle to try him again to make sure I kept hiero down. Second try I pulled duke fine, but I just could NOT get him away from the prot outside and had quite a few stun resists, so pet wasn't doing very hot. And then duke ran, and even though I got the prots mezzed right off... meanwhile duke was all the way up the damn stairs and a couple ghouls were coming my way, so I hatted out. A few people saw duke on track and me in EC and went into crypt before I could recharge, so I'll be back in there later. Solo master!

![]() Grats Tecmos! I updated the master list. It's also interesting to note that apparently BDA was so traumatized by their encounter with me they had to change their guild name.

![]() Yesterday I died in crypt fighting a prot who just refused to be stunned on the proxyaggro pull, and while asking if there was any rez in the zone, Sinadin /telled me with "So you CAN die after all? [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]"
So in that vein, I'll post a story of my failure instead of success, as I currently have little else to do while I head to HS from my bind in TT. When I got on this morning, I was in HS to check for nameds before I was hoping to head over to Crypt again. But 14 people were unanon/unrp in Seb, and Bigswurve told me they were in Crypt, so I figured I'd just stay in south where I was already. Ok hold on. I got lost in TT. Wasn't heading quite as "west" as sense heading claimed. Anyway. There were no nameds up, so I petted a level 50 skele someone had given weapons yesterday and cleared my little spot and pulled the small cave PH, then went and pulled the bile that was up over by the door to east also. That one repopped as The Crypt Feaster! Cool, right? The last guy I need from HS South + a chance at some decent loot. Unfortunately the pull was off to a rocky start immediately, when I got stuck trying to duck through that broken wall near where he spawned. I detoured immediately (having been stuck there for 15-20 seconds earlier and not wanting a repeat), knowing there was nothing to see IVU up in any of the halls. I got back to my pet with feaster in tow, but I tried to time my first stun and it ended up being early so I missed the feaster, and then THIS stun got resisted: http://postimage.org/image/fk6f6rwob/ The next 30 seconds or so consisted of stuns and mezzes getting interrupted and resisted, until we end up with the next screenshot where I spammed off 3 charges of that net to root named and then finally got a mez to stick: http://postimage.org/image/xsxo7eahp/ So there goes the [S] kill, assuming I can still pull it off at all. I was pretty skeptical, because this pet was 50 and had given me fits already killing PHs. Slizowing: http://postimage.org/image/4oe7p7703/ Feaster was down to about 60% now, and I took the opportunity to try bandaging myself. Then charm broke and I got summoned and you can see me stunning things back into order here: http://postimage.org/image/tm1r7fdl1/ And then tash on my pet wears off: http://postimage.org/image/ywv93hz3r/ And, not surprisingly, charm breaks AGAIN. I stun both and am at 7% hp, but somewhere in the process of noticing my extremely low hp and taking this screenshot (http://postimage.org/image/ogvmfi2hb/) I took too long to start casting my mez, and stun wore off and I got summoned and killed by my quarry. So yeah. I definitely can and do die! My WC hat probably saved me from 3/4 of my would-be deaths while doing my early work in the SAC, but since I maxed 60 I don't tend to use it as often. It is just quicker and easier for me to die and pop out at my bind right outside than hat and run to town to recharge and then gate back and have to rebuff by then and all. Unfortunately this time I was bound by seb. Oh well. My CR is almost over already. Hopefully I'll have success screenshots shortly [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

This time the fight proceeded without a charm break. That is, not until I stooped over to loot the body of my fallen enemy... lol: http://postimage.org/image/hhebce3hv/ Loot: http://postimage.org/image/je6j2w5qn/
