He was a twink from blue, traded for a ton of red plat.

There you have it. He was NOT new, he did not have to start from scratch.

This server has ZERO true new Red99 players. That is the bane of this server, and why it will continue to decline in population.

well there is good news then it sounds like, YOU have the power to help "new" players by being a good community member and giving them some items to help them level, maybe some plat for spells.

Problem solved, the classic EQ community way.
