same, the top tier pvp class (although I played a paladin and was the number 1 pvper on RED99; the best pvp server that ever was) should have atleast 1000 pages of discussion, especialy considering pvp servers, RED99 in particular are the only servers that matter.

My issue is that if harm touch/lay on hands doesnt refresh logged out it kinda makes the both classes alot less usefull and alot less casual friendly.

In mass pvp (battles of 25-200 people)the only thing I saw SKs do is lifetap and harmtouch and pet, melee was kinda too chaotic is out dps those spells.

That makes int the most important stat, ogres also good to stop stuns. Infact the only calss I couldnt kill on mmy paladin was an ogre SK.

I'm pretty sure timers are supposed to tick down offline but Rogean decided they didn't one day and it's been frozen offline for years now. I know I've heard about SKs logging on to HT people and logging off for refresh.

That would be awesome but crazy OP. You could just log out and come back when lay of hands back and be a beast.

Also Harm touch needs to be unresistable by everything but raid mobs. I had a blue geonid in wakening lands resist my HT the other day WITH the harmtouch disc on... WTF mate.

Uh... to what end? Soloing a mob every 72 minutes or however long it is? There's nothing overpowered about it. It's the way it actually works/worked in live EQ. At no point was it ever problematic. There's nothing "crazy OP" about it. It's not as if these abilities let you do anything spectacular, nor is it even slightly beneficial to fucking log out for over an hour. That's literally the very worst thing one can possibly do in terms of leveling, farming, scoring kills in PvP, or any other kind of activity really.

If LoH is the difference between killing and not killing something a change in method is needed. You can root and heal yourself, and recover mana way faster than 72 minutes.

Agreed. LoH and Harmtouch are not pivotal enough to base a farming strategy around, unless you are camping a named mob with a long enough timer that you get them back every time, and it tips the scales in your favor.

For normal XPing, killing 1 mob every 72 minutes would take a very long time to level, even if the mob provides a bit more XP due to it being a bit higher level.

Yeah because you have to be in game for them to recharge.

If that wasn't the case, you could farm mobs you might not otherwise kill. Like a chardok mob for example. Pop in, kill, set timer, come back in 72min, hope named is up and no one has killed it yet.
