I think in lieu of military training every young boy in America could benefit from a coach-figure who instills a respect for authority and discipline
Teachers CANNOT be this. They are completely hamstrung by the Bureaucracy of the school and Karen parents. If a teacher scolds a child, a parent could get them fired. Coaches for some reason have a lot more leeway to be tougher on kids A good coach would have obedience out of a combination of respect and fear, not just fear. And would also incorporate other lessons like: get good grades to stay on this team, listen to your parents, don’t break the law, etc | ||
