for some reason this UI is a cpu HOG which isnt somuch as a problem as the resolution, i have the resoultion 1366/768 and the only raso's u have on the install wont wrk for me i have to plug in a secondary moniter for it to wrk i was wondering if somehow my reso can souported somehow so i can play
w/o other moniter. PM me if anybody has any soulotions to fix my problem

That is a weird resolution. You can specify a custom resolution by editing the eqconfig ini in the EQ folder.

Thakisis_VZ, try running in compatibility mode. Right click eqgame.exe & select properties, there's a tab for compatibility to select different windows versions.

Also I have a question too if anyone has seen this issue. I recently switched to duxaui and the effects (buffs/debuffs) window is no longer showing up. Tried moving windows around to see if it was hiding underneath something else but no luck. Toggling on/off & I don't see any difference. Is there a way to use the default effects window and everything else duxaui?

I do have some sounds in the game that sizzles or It feels like there's some kind of static/distortion not all but some ..... dunno why . when i use another folder of EQ and run it i dont have this issue ,all the sounds are ok .
I just Installed EQ Titanium and followed tutorial in here , nothing else and dont have this issue on this old folder.

Exemple sounds : Open box in inventory . Spell harvest (wizard 39 ) or rune absorption sound effects.

Just recently purchased a new computer which is now running Windows 8...

Copied all my P99/EQ files over and ran the installer. Everything seemed to be installing and running fine until it got time to start up the EQemu launcher. After updating, the launcher was already only about half visible and everytime it states it cannot reach the webserver and will try again in 10 seconds.

This just happens continuously...anyone been experiencing similar issues or have any possible solutions?

im still having problems downloading this. Have done the eqhost fix, and done the patch me fix, and have everquest SoF disks downloaded and still cant seem to either get past the no network connection contact sony blah blah, and cant seem to fompletely download Duxas all in one .. it says something about the directory not recognized. Anyone having this same issue??

You can not use SoF. You HAVE TO use Titanium edition of EQ.
