Shit BDA and Taken ppl never seem to have any problem with putting in endless hours in tracking RF. Seems to me that the lack of success on the raid scene is their own fault.

I think you are missing the point here. I was referring to the fact that BDA and Taken never seem to have any problem finding the willingness to track targets as long as these are only contested by other casual scum guilds. Seems that the cohesion, or the lack of it in your guilds can't stand competition and the risk of not "winning".
