After reading this thread...

I like to imagine you're the same people I see at the gas station at 2am buying blunt rolls and clearly coming down from some hardcore binge.

Here's my rating...

Mental Health = 1/10

Entertainment/Shock Value = 10/10
You are at that same gas station bud

Marijuana blunt injectors were some pretty intolerable customers. My people smoked joints, bowls, or bongs. LEMME GET A DUTCH MASTER AND SOME NEW PORTS

Hey pals!

I just wanted to post an update to my body story.

I’m down 85 kilo to 77 kilo since my journey began prompted by this thread. Thank you for the encouragement!

My physio has taken some quad measurements, and apparently despite my weight loss I’m also making some good gains in that area too!

I’ve been given a new range of exercises to continue my development plan and an so grateful for the gains and losses I’ve already made so far.

That's 187 -> 169.4 lbs since April. Fantastic work, Jim!

Thank you! Down from ~25 to ~23 so a decent step out of the overweight bracket! And that is despite pigging out recently for Father’s day and my Birthday!
