Those "facts" sound very much like bullshit from a century-old anti-semitic book, "The Talmud Unmasked":

coming from someone who is Ashkenazim myself and spent my early adulthood in long island and around queens, the majority of the practicing Hasidim I knew or encountered were almost as disgusted by Christian goys as they were Muslims.
