or maybe the political party you suck the dick of is pretending guns are the issue (see: trucks of peace, mass stabbings, rape) because it serves their over all agenda to destroy the 1st and 2nd amendments, despite having zero basis in reality. i don't think the motivation is as innocent as you make it seem. there's also been more deaths in the usa in the past 2 decades to islamic terror than mass shootings, even counting islamic terrorist mass shootings as both.
