I also hope that between (active) staff and (intelligent) players that we currently have a clear understanding where respect lies, frustrations exist, and questions need to be answered.

Sirken is doing an exceptional job at keeping up with an overflowing petition queue on both servers, and playing his cards almost perfectly when giving respect and receiving it in return.

But he doesn't have the power to do it with help from people with the true power. No one's really complaining loudly about the issues that Sirken can fix. It is when issues go beyond his range of abilities, and for some time, that we get up in arms. Truly, he's doing an amazing job with his finite ability.

Regarding his power and what he's done thus far...I'm not one of the people clapping and jumping up and down for the AoNs being handed out. However, at the same time, I am the loudest voice of timeline/classic-integrity-damaging quest items being allowed to remain in game. Loot should be earned, and fairly upon the time line. That's the entirety of the whole "legit" "classic" label on the server and why I play that, and not hack box 2.0. Unfortunately, we've reached the too late point for this.

The XP bonus was very intentionally stated to be in place to offset the faster xp gain. Then it is removed without mention and somewhat coincidentally.

Again, sir, "why?". Can the 70 or so non-Nihilum / hardcore otherwise EQ players here just hear "it was removed unintentionally"? Or was it removed intentionally and you don't want to see an exodus? What's happening? My gut tells me this is unintentional but I can hardly hear it over the sound of the tin foil these days.

Rogean already said it was done unintentionally. And yes, six AoN's being handed out on a server that had three total is more damaging than one trakanon gut.

^ Ignore this man, he has absolutely no integrity. We know who has xp groups in KC/seb regularly and who is out pan handling for XP during the day. Don't think I'm stupid Heartbrand. If anything, some kind of solo melee bonus would have to go in to quell are the tears I see about xp. I'd say implementing something like that just looks outrageously stupid. If you don't have friends to play with, or foresee yourself solo'ing most of the time... light bulb... make a solo class until you can farm enough gear for your melee to solo. You also benefitted from the largest xp bonus to date on either server Heartbrand (fact). You're not appearing to be clever, or intelligently promoting things for your own gain. Your efforts are completely transparent and stupid.

Also, don't lump me in with Slathar or the rest of the ooc spammers. In fact to his/their credit, if you don't like what is being said? Stop giving feeding them ammunition. I'd hate global ooc if I was you also, but you seem to enjoy using it despite your guild leader's demands. EverQuest is (well should be) a game with a persistent world of usually about 2k-5k players and reputations matter. There's no queueing up for dungeon finder or being some random lvl 80 that zoomed up in a week and a half. You and the officers in your guild have gone to absolutely great lengths to embarass yourselves, especially in the event where that nasty ole Uthgaard reared his head and spelled out histories of my "favorite" people in it.

I even went so far to CLEAR Arzak's name in my little "novel length" PSA. It's a shame he doesn't just come out and say what happened so we can move on. Maybe he enjoys so much flaming pitch being hurled at the staff in general for his actions in exchange for Nizzar's defense. Or maybe he's just trying to be a "good guildie".... conflict of interest alert.

Shoulda removed AoN's along with all of the other epic pieces. I remain firm in that assertation.

PS: Don't tell me it was "oh just one Trakanon gut". Would day 1 epic completions be too complex to query? Not sure what's logged and what isn't... often surprised what is.

Day 1 Epic Completion: Paladin Epic... that's it, because it's an incredibly easy epic due to the fact you can complete the biggest component prior to Kunark. Keep on hatin tho pal.

I stand by my assertion that if one was placed on blue and not retro removed, one should be put on red. I also think they should've ran the mayong mistmoore event here as well like they did on blue.
