i started playing on p1999 Jan 16th this year and i am currently a 35 monk and i have no fbss (5 days played time). surprise! i dont deserve one because i havent earned it... fbss is for three types of people: people who are high enough to camp fbss, people who spend enough time making good deals in EC to be able to afford it well before they should have it on their character, or someone who is twinking a lowbie and has a high level that has a ton of plat.

you sir are none of the above. honestly you would be better off saving up your little plats here and there and upgrading your AC / other random cheap monk gear first and/or saving up for a peacebringer because the peacebringer is cheaper than an fbss and better than wu's quivering + fbss.

honestly, you dont even need an fbss so bad. i am leveling plenty fast without it and by the time i can probably afford it maybe i can get the planar haste belt drop off a rot instead.

we need to end begging threads / they should be locked immediately

This isn't a begging thread though. This is a single request of help to a community of players that you obviously haven't taken the time to get to know. He asked once. Doesn't seem like begging to me.

I have been on this server 2 weeks more than you, and even I don't feel like I've earned the ability to say "we need to end this / lock it up NOW."

Like I said gotrocks, hit me up if you need a hand.

you can put a diaper and whiskers on it and call it a baby kitten if you want, but it is a begging thread. the OP is begging to use someone else's fbss because hes too poor to afford one himsefl (as well he should be too poor given his level).

and you can call me out for being new to the server relative to you and others, but the fact is i have spent the time to meet the community and they are generally awesome. tons of people have helped me out and i have a great guild (of which i wont name) and i love everyone here for the most part (maybe not a couple of camp stealers / flamers). i get bored at work a lot so i read constantly on the forums and there is way too much begging (or trolling sometimes i cant tell).

would i like this post to be closed? hell yes. will it be? no. only reason i posted on here was because it is got rocks posting about this. i was shocked. i have messaged got rocks IN GAME and have read his posts before and thought they were great. that is why i am extremely disappointed in his begging thread.

dude if you get help from players in game thats awesome and im all for it. i have definitely been helped before, but i have never publicly or privately begged for it.

dont flame me because im saying what everyone is thinking.

You want to borrow gear for your alt? That seems a bit much, if it was your main I probably would have lent you one if I verified you were helpful to the community in the tech support section
