There was no way for Soetoro/Obama to have attended school in Jakarta, Indonesia legally unless he was an Indonesian citizen, as Indonesia was under tight rule and was a Police State. See Constitution of Republic of Indonesia (Undang-Undang Dasar Republik Indonesia 1945), Law No. 62 of 1958. These facts indicate that Obama/Soetoro is an Indonesian citizen, and therefore he is not eligible to be President of the United States.

Since Indonesia did not allow dual citizenship; neither did the United States (since the United States only permitted dual citizenship when ‘both’ countries agree); and since Obama/Soetoro was a “natural” citizen of Indonesia, the United States would not step in or interfere with the laws of Indonesia. Hague Convention of 1930.”

Law says you can't go to school unless your an Indonesian citizen. He proudly admits that he went to school. The law also does not allow dual citizenships.

The man has never built or earned anything in his life, and has fundamentally destroyed the country doing more damage and in less time than Bush. Every piece of legislation brings America to tighter draconian tyranny and closer to collapse. You mean as compared to this brilliant and well-reasoned conclusion that OH MY GOD THE SKY IS FALLING? You are attempting to prove to us that Barack Obama isn't technically eligible to be president (i.e. whacko birther) and that his reelection marks the downfall of the United States. Your statements are definitive, not qualified. Those are some pretty big claims. You better have some pretty big evidence to back that up.

My commentary was not an argument. I am stating my opinion, not trying to prove it. Applying rhetorical analysis to a statement without premises or an argument makes about as much sense as claiming that I'm bad at math because I didn't buy into your bizarre legal argument about adopted children.
