In the legal field that is what we call hearsay. It also doesn't account for the fact that nihilum exploited no fewer than five dragons and suffered zero repercussions as a result of doing so other than having the items removed months later whereas holocaust was disbanded, the guild given three weeks off, and officers perma banned.
