Coming from someone who just joined this server because all I've heard is (mostly) great things, this is somewhat disappointing, and very aggravating. Along with Destan's comment, it also appears to be getting to the point where we need someone to at least tell us it's being worked on, and what the problem is believed to be.

Yeah I couldn't imagine being this being my first week, hearing nothing but good things about the server, then having so much trouble connecting.
...But then on the other hand, if anyone remembers actually playing EQ in '99 vividly then this
is a
very good representation of how stable the servers were back then. So maybe it's all for the sake of immersion..
