Also, the constitution is one thing, and I agree with most of it (though I do think a good portion of it needs to be re-worded to be understood better by today's litigious and manipulative society), but honestly, it needs to be trashed.

The fact is I don't agree with it but its legal and they do have the right to speak. Their speaking does not impede on others' rights. I'd like to hear your logic as to why you think this is.
