Eq is a terrible PVP game. I'd rather play counterstrike, d2, doac, etc for pvp.

also, eq pvp community is generally the strangest people I've ever observed online.

The lingo and memes are almost another language, I hardly even understand 90% of the posts.

Everquest simply isn't a PvP game. If you want PvP play Animal Crossing or Furcadia.

As much as I am a fan of EQ. The pvp game does not compare to any other MMO's pvp.... If it's nastalgic for you thats fine, but for the rest of us it just looks dumb.

Why do people choose to play single player modes in a multiplayer game?

Why do people choose to just shoot a basketball around rather than join leagues and tournaments?

Why do do us blues choose to play blue rather than red?

Because we fucking choose to. What does it matter what anyone else does, if they enjoy it. Do what you like to do and stfu about what others like to do.

I firstly said BEFORE the start it should be Good vs Evil but they rightly said the population was too small.

If you play Everquest, not Call of Duty, why not have a real challenge countering classes not just fighting auto attack NPC. Why I ask???


And Global OOC is filled with groups doing Befallen, Crushbone, Unrest. And there's plenty of other guilds.

Just because they're nOt all online doesn't mean they don't log in!!!

Plus no spawn fighting either!!

If the class that you enjoy playing is enchanter, or bard, or shadowknight or any of the others that excell in pvp then good for you. If on the other hand you enjoy playing a monk or warrior your screwed. Unless faced with one of the equally terrible pvp classes then you don't stand a chance.
