Stealin you as a member do not have the power to make an agreement that binds your entire guild to a rotation.

Zeelot does. Zeelot told me Xeli was the person he was delegating that authority to.

The agreement Xeli approved was reached Tuesday night, and was not based on TMO's suspension. Xeli / TMO agreed they would not get a Ragefire until the 7th spawn.

And this is my case and point of what is wrong and why this won't work.

Take your members voices away from them and let others decide, that way when something fucks up, they don't feel inclined to speak up. After all, they never had a choice in the matter.

My members had a voice in the matter.
If TMO's members didn't, and TMO can't enforce agreements they enter into because of that, TMO should not enter agreements - or waste other guilds time by making them.

This would be a good time for one of those "if this were Red99" posts.

Hopefully the rest of tmo will not support ant rogue clerics in a possible attempt to ruin this rotation. I completely disagree about leaving the decision to the players and not leadership. If you don't trust your leaders why would you even be in the guild?

It doesn't matter now I suppose. The plan/rotation I was putting in place would have went flawlessly. It took into account more than most people will/would ever know.

The new rotation isn't working because of a few things. It's unfortunate, but I seen it coming. Our guild doesn't like VD, plain and simple and for good reason.

As far as atm, I don't plan to help any of them. If they lose their pearl to a click fest, oh well, should have thought about the consequences imo.

You are contradicting yourself though. Saying you want a rotation but it'll never work with vd in it?

no, you misread.

If you stop and think about the rotation i had, with the suspensions in place, with who was leading it off and the guilds following. It is kinda obvious how it would have played out, even if our suspension was lifted now and Ninik was in the lair.

Look at how things turned out now tho.
