Yes to binding only in cities.

Better zone control, takes away one more thing that discourages melees (bind asymmetry.)

Sorry but you're not going to get binding in dungeons disabled when there is a classic alternative that accomplishes the same ends.

Disabling binding in dungeons is silly and unnecessary. Why is the classic solution not good enough? We can at least try it before dismissing it.

Please somebody give me a situation where bind rushing isn't solved by making casters respawn oom after a pvp death, but IS solved by disabling binding in dungeons.

i agree with wolfram. casters spawn oom on pvp death will fix this and classic.
