Druid > Necro > Wizard
Pvp specific stuff: Druid has heals, regen, cures, sow. Necro and Wizard have none of this. vs Stuff Wizard or Necro get druid doesnt get: Pet, Shadowstep, Lifetap, sheildskin. Imo just the fact that the druid can run away and heal or cure a dot or sow themselves makes them the superior pvp class. Druid also has ports, dots, dd, invis, hp buffs, resist buffs, snare. Shared with either a necro or wizard. Druid > then necro because the ability to heal with lifetaps and dot/run/pet > Wizard with some fast strong nukes but lacking in other places. Kunark changes things to make wizards much better with lures/draughts which is king for pvp when resists show up.

Honestly draughts did more for PvP than lures did. It takes a lot of resists to get to the point where a wizard must use lures, it probably doesn't happen until Velious or if you're grouped with a bard. Draughts finally allow wizards to do decent damage without 7-second cast times. A 700ish nuke at 3 sec vs. a 1100ish at 7 sec, there's no contest regarding what's more usable in PvP. Lures don't become necessary for the longest time. Sunstrike is usable in PvP just because it's such an enormous nuke, but you don't wanna try to cast such a slow spell in most situations.

i would roll druid. ports, buffs, heals, thorns, sow, cheetah, nukes, dots, root/snare.. you got it all.
necros definitely better at farming and probably better in pvp, but not by much. on red99 pets wont zone (although i think they should..), and everyone who is prepared will be carrying around poison/disease cure potions. although it's not always possible to stop and try to cure, depending on how many casts of the potion it will take
