Thanks. I get asked all the time if I curl them , but I don't I naturally have long eyelashes , but I have to tint them otherwise they are too blonde to notice.

I wouldn't really say it has anything to do with racism. Some people would just rather not live in a state where they were the minority and the major language was something other than English.

and then there are other people who don't see it as a problem. it seems like only the white community is bothered about this, and that leads me to believe it has racist undertones.

honestly, for me, it's not that common that i run into people who *only* speak spanish, and even then i know enough to communicate.
