dude did you even play the first dota? it has a huge following. its the same game on a different graphics engine with more built in tools for a ranking system and matchmaking.

judging by his comments about dota2, probably not. although valve developing it doesn't set me very well at ease. i like valve about as much as i like activision anymore.
