No, the main issue is that this server has a very strict rule against 2-boxing, but this asshole does what he does (and can only do what he does) because he breaks that rule.

Every time his Enchanter dies monopolizing Hate, he brings on his 2-boxed Cleric to rez himself. Literally, all the staff needs to do to ban him is watch him die once, see him 2-box the Cleric, and ask the both of them to do box checks: Hate monopoly over.

But in the over half-a-decade this loser has been doing this cheating, the staff has continued to let him do so without a single box check.


P.S. And yes, he's not a cartoon villain, he's a nice guy. The way I know he 2-boxes is that I haven't just seen him rez himself: he also 2-boxed to rez our guild's tracker after he got it killed several times (and maybe even a couple times when it wasn't his fault).

But being a nice guy doesn't justify getting to cheat without consequences (and ensuring that the only way a Mage on the server can get their epic is to buy it from him). In fact, I think In think a lot of people don't report him precisely because of his niceness: that was part of why I didn't (that and the fact that because he's been doing it this long, it feels like the staff sanctions it).

But again, I just can't understand why the staff does (appear to) sanction it.

I started reading that 6 page document about Diddly, and about 2 pages in I wondered if the person who put this together put as much effort or consideration into things in life that actually matter. Seems like a lot of hours spent tracking Hate, and tracking Diddly.

And then there's conspiracy theories mixed in, and an accusation of Kingdom being in cahoots.

Not saying Diddly is innocent of the accusations - but good lord do people here know how to muck up a good argument with baseless claims and overall too much fuckin effort being put into LawyerQuesting a goddamned video game.

FWIW, I was on the Kingdom tracker when I observed him cheating (repeatedly).

However, while it is true that someone in Kingdom is friends with Diddly IRL, I don't think there's any other "cahoots" going on. At least while I was tracking (for about six months, a couple years ago) he certainly took Hate minis from Kingdom with as much energy as he took them from other guilds.
