In the entrance areas, not deep into the zone. Icy servants are also still doing the breath attack according to every report after the revamp, dunno where the talk came from about them not having it anymore. In another revamp of SG in 2003 the icy servants were removed from the zone entirely.

I love the fact that it is a difficult zone. It gives me something to look up to :O

I didn't see it mentioned, but it is also necessary for the 7th Coldain Shawl.
