6 point pre-grouping schpiel outlining your resonsibilities and your expectations based on group makeup.

No shammy? Ill slow, at my discretion.
Group full of melee? Ill haste everyone OR haste some and slow (depending on speed of mob deaths).

That could get really complex, really fast...

Maybe just say "OK" and continue to do what you want. Surely people will tire of complaining...

If you type /rt you target the last person who sent you a tell. Might help get those Cs out quicker.
