So making a whole planet that is the opposite of earthlike suitable for human habitation is easier than heading off the fuckups we are currently making. Assuming rhe climate crisis is rubbish (like many believe. I think it is somewhere in the middle.) That would make creating a habitable planet infinately easier.

Los Angeles had horrible smog in the 1970s.
