I think I’ve already said it once but it’s worth repeating:

I don’t think you could offer me enough plat to part with mine. I can go out and farm/raid for whatever other thing I might want. Can’t farm another pre-nerf CoS.

I saw someone selling onea a couple weeks ago for 250k. Ive had mine since Kunark dropped but once I saw that price... I traded mine away for a CoF, Earring of the Frozen Skull, and a Manna Robe. I kept the CoF for a druid alt. Traded the robe and Earring and eventually obtained a Zheart and like 60k. I turned around and bought a nerfed COS for 150p lol, 3 sec cast time isn't that awful. Glad I leveled my Iksar necro with it, but the huge plat price finally got me to move mine =)

Heh, well they were available on Blue for a long time, so you can be forgiven for thinking there'd always be a ton around.

(Or at least that's what I keep telling myself, after I probably sold more than you did ... Droga was my jam when I was trying to afford the expensive Shaman items/spells for Loramin.)

It's nice for some returning players who never had the time to really farm any high-value items. Now they can fully twink out a character just with a stupid CoS. I wish I picked one up just for my own use not to flip, for when I inevitably make a necro alt.

Dude got about 280k ish in trades and plat a couple weeks ago for his. AoN / other stuff i believe
