This is so true! Mages make so many great friends tracking hate, batphoning it to their guild and everyone loading up on some sweet planar armour, rangers getting their earth callers, enchanters getting their vampire bits, etc.

It really gets a blitz spirit going. Then the mage gets epic, is ecstatic, gets dejected after a week or two, forgets their friends and barely logs in again.

I don't foresee anything being done about epics for new players here in the next few years because of the Quarm server lol. Unless you are friends with some cool TOP people in p99 LOL just forget about it!

i know there's a lot of cope in here but the only real argument you could try to make is to allow innoruuk to have a rare drop chance to drop a pre revamp loot table piece. in reality though even if they did this the sperg boys wouldnt touch hate until all the major velious targets were dead. so even if they did, it would be going to some random farm team which is basically what happens now for magi. so the solution you seek already exists. and the real issue is that youre in a mega guild instead of a small farm crew.

This is true. The mentality that mega guild = easier loot doesn't apply past maybe mid-velious.

Reroll monk. They are like mages, except better in every way, they get luclin quality gear in velious, and their epic takes 5 minutes to do. Think before picking the most useless class in the game.
